Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 Sets) perform:

5 Deadlifts (Use 3-5% more than 100814)
5 Strict Pull-ups (If you do not have a strict pull-up then do ring rows with feet elevated or an eccentric pull-up, if you can do 5 strict pull-ups unbroken then add weight)

Use heaviest weight for each set. Record load used for each set.
