Every 5 Minutes for 5 Rounds:

  • 5 Ground-to-Overhead (Start ~70% and add load each round)
  • 15 push-ups (Scale up: weighted push-ups | Scale down : 10 reps)
  • 10 Dips (Scale up: dips for Muscle Up rings | Scale down:  7 reps)
