WOD: EMOM x 21 (7 sets)
Minute 1: 7-15 Pullup/T2B (alternate each round between the PU/T2B
Minute 2: 3 Clean @75-80% of max
Minute 3: 25-50 DU/50-100 Singles (alternate rounds between DU/SU)
