5 Push press w/ pause in dip

10 Penguin jump
10 DU
5 Goat bag swing
5 KB swing

WOD:
A) 5-5-5-5-5 Push press
*12 minutes, building.

B) Every :90 for 9 minutes (6 sets)
45 DU (60 SU)
15 KB swing (Rx-53/35, Scale I- 35/26, Scale II-26/18)
*Scale as needed to allow for :15-30 of rest.

Mobility:

:45 Low dragon
:45 Lying knee twist
