:30 Air bike
:30 Up down

WOD:
A) EMOM x 12
Squat clean
Build for first 5 sets, then maintain for remainder.

B) 7 sets for max reps of:

:10 Transition
:30 Burpee
:10 Transition

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Couch stretch
